Who is the orange cap holder in the 2024 IPL?

Virat Kohli of Royal Challengers Bengaluru is back at No. 1 on the list of top run-scorers in the 2024 IPL. He now has 542 runs at a strike rate of 148.08 from 11 games.
Ruturaj Gaikwad, Chennai Super Kings' captain, is at No. 2, one run behind Kohli. Gaikwad and Kohli are the only two batters to have scored over 500 runs this season.
At No. 3 with 461 runs is Kolkata Knight Riders opener Sunil Narine, whose 81 off 39 balls gave his side a massive win over Lucknow Super Giants on Sunday.
He's followed by Travis Head, the Sunrisers Hyderabad, who has 444 runs; KL Rahul, the LSG captain, on 431; and Phil Salt, the other KKR opener, who has 429.
In sixth place is Gujarat Titans' Sai Sudharsan, with 424 runs, followed by Riyan Parag of Rajasthan Royals with 409.
Among the top 20 run-makers, three Sunrisers batters lead the way on strike rate - Abhishek Sharma's figure has dropped from above 200 to 195.20, but that's still good enough to place him at No. 1. Head follows with 189.74, and Heinrich Klaasen on 186.26. Jake Fraser-McGurk, outside the top 20, has the extraordinary strike rate of 233.33; he has made 259 runs from six innings this season.
Jos Buttler is the leading century-maker in this year's IPL, with two hundreds. Marcus Stoinis' 124 not out against CSK is the highest individual score of the season. The top four run-scorers have all scored a hundred apiece, and so have Suryakumar Yadav and Rohit Sharma of Mumbai Indians, Will Jacks of RCB, Yashasvi Jaiswal of Rajasthan Royals, and Jonny Bairstow of Punjab Kings. Gaikwad, Kohli, Parag, Salt and Samson have made four fifties each.

Who is the purple cap holder in the 2024 IPL?

Mumbai Indians fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has gone back up to No. 1 on the list of top wicket-takers in the 2024 IPL following his four wickets in his last two matches. He now has 18 wickets from 11 games at the economy rate of 6.20.
Punjab Kings seamer Harshal Patel, who took 3 for 24 against Chennai Super Kings on Sunday, is in second place with 17 wickets from 11 games, but at a higher economy of 9.78.
In third place is KKR legspinner Varun Chakravarthy with 16 wickets - he took 3 for 30 to help bowl Lucknow Super Giants for 137 on Sunday.
SHR's T Natarajan and Punjab's Arshdeep Singh both have 15 wickets each, although Natarajan's economy rate is 9 and his wickets have come from nine matches, while Arshdeep has taken his in 11 matches and an economy of 10.06.
Three bowlers have 14 wickets apiece: KKR's Narine and Harshit Rana, and Mustafizur Rahman of Chennai Super Kings'.
Seven bowlers are on 13 wickets each - Matheesha Pathirana of CSK, Andre Russell of KKR, Mukesh Kumar of DC, Gerald Coetzee of MI, Sam Curran of PBKS, Yuzvendra Chahal of Royals, and Pat Cummins, the SRH captain.
Three bowlers have taken five-fors so far this season - Bumrah, Yash Thakur of LSG, and Sandeep Sharma of Royals. Nine bowlers - Pathirana, Kuldeep, Natarajan, Mustafizur, Arshdeep, Coetzee, Tushar Deshpande, R Sai Kishore and Mitchell Starc - have taken four in an innings.
Chahal, Kuldeep, Narine and Chakravarthy are the only spinners among the top 20. Narine has the second-best economy rate after Bumrah among the top 20 wicket-takers, 6.61, and Pathirana the third best, with 7.68.
